Mattress Toppers – Exchange Policy

All Palma Sleep’s toppers come with a 90 Day Exchange Policy. If you are not completely satisfied after 90 days of sleeping on your mattress topper after delivery, you may apply a maximum of 50% of your cost towards a new Palma Sleep mattress topper of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for any differences in price, applicable taxes, and new delivery charges. Your original receipt from an authorized Palma Sleep dealer is required. Your original topper will be picked up at no charge by Palma Sleep and donated to charity.

Mattress 90 Day Comfort Exchange Policy

Swap any 3″ comfort layer within 90 days of your purchase and only pay for shipping. Just contact Palma Sleep and order your new layers. Then, schedule a pickup for your original layers, and you’re all set. You’ll be issued a full refund once we receive your original layers back (so long as they’re received back within 90 days of your original invoice date). It’s that easy!

Unable to Deliver Due to Size or Other Reason

Please measure the doorways, hallways and stairwells before placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery can be made, including making a delivery appointment within a reasonable time frame.

Damaged Shipping Policy

Any products damaged in transit will be replaced at our expense. For products that require a signature, the shipment must either be refused (for severe damage) or clearly marked as damaged on the delivery receipt when you sign for the shipment. Palma Sleep must be notified within 72 hours to file a claim. Without marking the delivery receipt, we will have no recourse with the freight carriers.

Orders Refused on Delivery

If you refuse your order upon delivery (for reasons other than damage), you will be responsible for outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and any return shipping costs. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately before the item is shipped.
